Ski length depends on your height, weight, ability level, and preferred terrain. As a general rule, beginner skis should reach chin height; intermediate skis chin-to-forehead; advanced skis at or above the forehead. Our staff will calculate the exact length for you during a consultation.
Currently we ship to all 47 prefectures within Japan. International shipping is available for selected lightweight items such as goggles, base layers, and accessories. Please contact us directly for international orders over ¥50,000 and we will arrange a custom quote.
Our complimentary boot fitting includes foot measurement, volume and flex analysis, liner heat moulding, buckle adjustment, and a custom footbed recommendation. The session takes approximately 60–90 minutes and is booked by appointment.
Never wipe the inner lens — always allow snow or moisture to dry naturally. Store goggles in the provided microfibre pouch away from heat. Clean the outer lens with a damp microfibre cloth only. Avoid leaving photochromic lenses in direct sunlight for extended periods.
Yes — merino wool base layers should be washed on a gentle wool cycle at 30°C maximum. Avoid fabric softeners. Tumble dry on low heat or lay flat to dry. Synthetic base layers can be washed at 40°C but should not be tumble dried on high heat.
